By using Game Ready, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be legally able to form a binding agreement.
  • You are responsible for account activity and for keeping login credentials secure.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Game Ready only for lawful team coordination purposes. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service operation.

4. User Content

  • You are responsible for content you post, upload, or share, including photos, messages, and location pins.
  • You grant Game Ready a limited license to host, process, and display content only to provide and improve the service.
  • Do not post content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or violates others' privacy rights.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Paid features are billed according to the plan you select.
  • Subscription management and cancellation are handled through our web billing flow.
  • Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Service Changes and Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to other users or the platform.

8. Disclaimers

Game Ready is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent allowed by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Game Ready and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Game Ready from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdiction where Game Ready operates, unless local law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
